Contract, Terms and Conditions for Wedding, Portraits and Goods (Prints, Frames etc.).
WEDDING BOOKING DEPOSIT: A deposit of £100 is required at the time of
booking, together with a signed contract. Dates are reserved only
when this deposit is paid. Please make cheques payable to Loddon Photography. Loddon Photography offers an unconditional refund policy for a period of 14 days from receipt of this contract and payment.
PORTRAIT BOOKING: The full amount is required when booking a portrait session.
WEDDING BALANCE PAYMENT: We will agree when the second instalment
is due. The payment of the remaining money should be made not later
than 30 days before the Ceremony. Payment for additional prints is
made after the ceremony at the time of ordering.
FEES: Fees are agreed in advance with Loddon Photography and
have been tailored to my budget and requirements and have been
agreed with me. This includes all photography, expenditure and anumber of prints, which I have agreed with Loddon Photography.Further prints can be ordered in future at the current reprint rate.
CREATIVE LICENCE: Loddon Photography has creative and artistic
licence in the choice of locations and poses used. Their judgement
on photographic style and the number of photographs, is taken as
correct. Loddon Photography will do their best to honour
requested photographs but can’t guarantee to take any specific
picture, or to use any specific background, location or group arrangement.
COPYRIGHT: The 1998 Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act assigns
copyright to Loddon Photography. I/We may not copy thephotographs taken under this contract, or allow copies to be madephotographically, electronically, or by any other means.
EXCLUSIVITY: Loddon Photography will be the only professional (still)
photographers at the venues specified. Family, friends, and other
guests are of course welcome to take photographs throughout the day.
UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: In the unlikely event of total
photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Loddon Photography control, their liability is limited to a full refund of allmoney paid. My statutory rightsare not affected.
CANCELLATION OF WEDDING AND PORTRAITS: If Loddon Photography have to cancel this
contract for reasons beyond their control, (death, injury, sickness
etc.) their liability is limited to a full refund of all money paid.
If I cancel my booking after 14 days from the date of signing the
contract, the following charges (as a percentage of the total fee)
will be made as compensation for loss of income for Loddon Photography.
60 days or less before the ceremony - 100% 61-90 days
- 75%. 91-120 days - 50%.
If the cancelled ceremony is postponed, then, if Loddon Photography are available, all money paid may be applied to the new ceremony. If Loddon Photography take another booking for the cancelled or postponed date a full unconditional refund of money paid will be made.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: Any complaints should be e-mailed to
Loddon Photography. Complaints should be responded to within48 hours.
DELIVERY OF GOODS (PRINTS, ALBUMS and FRAMES): We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.
Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, if you receive one of our products, a print, photographic album or Frame that you are not happy with please email simon@loddonphotography.com or use the contacts page on this website to phone us. We can arrange return of the product. We will then issue you with a full refund.
